EXPLANATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As Tria Outdoor, we attach great importance to the protection of personal data. For this reason, we would like to inform you, as the Data Controller, about how and for what purposes your personal data is processed, legal reasons and your rights within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 with this Clarification Text.
I. Data Controller

Your personal data, in the capacity of data controller, will be collected, stored and processed as specified in this Clarification Text.

II. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is carried out by Tria Outdoor in order to provide and receive service, to carry out the necessary operational activities, to reach business partners proactively, to receive offers, to carry out the necessary work with the relevant business unit and business partners, to manage business partners and suppliers, to carry out human resources management, to make commercial decisions. In accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, and within the framework drawn by the Law, in order to ensure the legal security of real persons with whom business relations are established and Tria Outdoor, due to these relations. can be processed.

III. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

IV. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data can be collected by Tria Outdoor by automatic or non-automatic methods from all kinds of written, verbal, electronic media to be used for the purposes stated in this Clarification Text. Your collected personal data, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, (II) and (III) of this Clarification Text. It can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in its articles.

V. Personal Data Retention Period

Your collected personal data will be stored for the period required by the purposes specified in this Clarification Text. In addition, Tria Outdoor will be able to store personal data for the period of limitation determined in accordance with the relevant legislation, limited to the purpose of making the necessary defenses regarding the dispute regarding any possible dispute that may arise between the data owner and the data owner.

VI. Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
By applying to Tria Outdoora in accordance with Article 11 of the Law,

Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,
If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred in the country or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with your rights in the form of correction, deletion and destruction mentioned above, to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively with automated systems,
Requesting the compensation of your damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data,
We would like to inform you that you have the rights. Despite the use of the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law, Tria Outdoor has the right to evaluate these requests within the scope of the relevant legislation and to give positive/negative feedback.

VII. Changes to Lighting Text Updates

Tria Outdoor may change and update the provisions in this Illumination Text at any time by publishing it. Changes and updates made by Tria Outdoor will become effective on the date of publication.
